Look at Ronnie Coleman, he's 8x Mr Olympia, can leg press 2300 pounds, can crunch 800 pounds, plus other feats of wtf...and he's never taken steroids.
Watch and be awestruck. And yes, that is 200 pounds in each hand.

on a more personal note i was present in Paris when the Olympic flame came round. The attitude of the authorities as well as the security force was appalling, If they get away with the kind of shit they pulled off in a major European capital i hate to even think about what goes on in their own country. Case in point : June 4 1989 or their current policy in Tibet (for starters).
Im not saying "boycott China !!! rah rah rah" that would be just stupid, China is an unavoidable major player in todays world.
Their governments track record however should have excluded them from something as symbolic as the Games, failing that other countries could have boycotted the event in itself (Moscow 1980 for example).

It's reachable if you had like, a hyperbolic time chamber where you could train forever and never age. It would take at least 20 years of weightlifting and swimming to get that big without any creatine or anything like that, and by the time you reached that age, you'd be past your prime.

FYI:
* repression of activists
* detention without trial
* censorship
* the death penalty
thats what happen in my country as well, many people outside just don't know it, and we have "free news coverage" lol, but if you so much as step within an inch on the perimeter of discovering the truth of some dirty business the governments is doing, you get number 2. Everyone and anyone who is too much of an activist will get number 2. Its not just detention, people have been put away for years without anyone knowing where they went. I suspect this is not something that only happens in my country or China. I think it happens all over the world, at the same level, we just don't know it, some country don't get attack so much, some country just cover it up better then other country. For country that does not repress their activist, say USA, let us look at Vietnam, how much does it help to protest and be active against the war in Vietnam? look at Vietnam today, they are building, but the harm done to them.... is it all an illusion that you get to protest but in actual you just get to protest, what about the suspected weapon of mass destruction, where is it? why aren't they found, and the protest continues.
Back to the eviction problem. did you see the year those people were evicted? 2001, don't tell me they cannot find a place to stay in 7 years? and they were compensated. If they had move away back in 2001 with the 2001 compensation they would have found a place to stay, carry on with their lifes and are happy. But no, they want to complain now what they did not do 7 years back and say the compensation isn't enough? how is this even fair?
Don't get me wrong, I say the above as an outsiders, reading the reports of the people who complain, there are too many population in China that you cannot keep track of what happens when and where to whom and how, believe me there are plenty more unsightly stuffs going on in China and everywhere else in the world, China is just a target that the western world would like to "suppress" but suppress no more, not with these talk about how evil they are, please look at themselves and what they do first. I also think it is very harsh to ask the poor, "unsightly" workers to leave Beijing before the Olympic, but what would any of us have done? A country trying to be hospitable, do you let your guests when they arrive see a street fills with beggers, sex workers and the homeless? What do you as a government would do? you ask your citizen to cooperate and please make the country look nice before the arrival of the guests? yes or no? now how will that look to the outside world?
Don't get me started on Tibet. lol more people should ask the US and British government what shitty things happens there, truly.

Phelps is going to be god for a very long time. They were saying on TV that he can't have anymore friends on My Facebook......... he reached the 5000 allowed, lol. I wonder if there is a waiting list
I've been watching swimming, gymnastics, some volleyball, some tennis, softball, soccer, waterpolo, syncronized diving (how the hell do they do that????)., and more swimming.
For me the best so far was the very close swim relay the other night. When it was over.... Phelps reminded me of "WE ARE SPARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA".
and the Opening Ceremony......... was the most amazing one I have ever seen, and I have seen quite a few, I am a huge fan of the Olympics.
Free Tibet!!!
